Please read this information carefully before making a booking
The following Booking Terms and Conditions apply to bookings made by you through Paloma Motorbike Tours. The following information and price rates are valid until 31 December 2017.
TOUR BOOKINGS: Tour Bookings can be made via our website. For more information go to the BOOKING page
CHILD DISCOUNT: Children from 5 to 11 years of age receive a discount of 25% off the full price of the tour.
PAYMENT:
Deposit: When the deposit is received by Paloma Motorbike Tours, it is understood that you have read, understood and accepted all of our Booking Terms and Conditions. The following deposit is required –
- 50% of the total tour price per person is required of the total cost of the booking.
Balance of Payment: The remaining balance of the tour price is due upon your arrival in Vietnam, payable to our tour guide/driver when they pick you up at the tour start time. Payment can be made by Cash. Monies paid will not be refunded except as outlined in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Note: A 3,5% Bank Fee will be charged on the total amount of the transaction when payment is made by Credit Card.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to us via e-mail to info@palomamotorbiketours.com. The following rules apply for cancellations:
Prior to the commencement of the Tour: A 100% refund of monies paid will be issued if the booking is cancelled more than 72 hours prior to the Tour start time. A 50% refund of monies paid will be issued if the booking is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the Tour start time. A 100% refund will be issued if the Tour is cancelled due to bad weather or conditions that are deemed by Paloma Management to make the Tour unsafe on the day the Tour is due to commence. Paloma Motorbike Tours will contact you by telephone to notify you of the change and discuss with you rebooking options, subject to your availability and Tour availability.
During the Tour: A refund will be issued if the Tour is cancelled due to bad weather or conditions that are deemed by Paloma Management to make the Tour unsafe after the Tour has commenced. In this situation the Tour Guide Leader will consult the group as to their current status and give the group the option to find an indoor attraction / restaurant OR return to the Hotel. Those that return to the Hotel will receive a refund provided no Third Party services have been used or consumed (e.g. having a meal at a restaurant, guided foot tour – Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum). If Third Party services have been used or consumed, a pro-rata refund rate will apply and will be calculated as follows –
- Up to one (1) hour after start of the Tour = 75% refund of total cost of Tour
- Up to two (2) hours after start of the Tour = 50% refund of total cost of Tour
- Up to three (3) hours after the start of the Tour = 25% refund of total cost of Tour
- Over three (3) hours after the start of the Tour = 0% refund
No refund will be given under any other circumstance except at the discretion of Paloma Motorbike Tours Management Team. VALIDITY This information is valid at the time of publication and is subject to change without prior notice. However, should any changes occur, they will be posted on this website immediately. Should the Booking Terms and Conditions change after the deposit is paid, the Booking Terms and Conditions under which the deposit was paid shall apply.
